Another fun, FlatLay design for those looking to practice buttercream roses. I used a basket weave piping tip (number #47), #104 piping tip for the roses and #352 piping tip for the leaves. The buttercream frosting I used is: 200 grams unsalted butter 200 grams vegetable shortening 800 grams icing sugar 1 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons milk (add slowly and only if you need it!)
